Common Questions
How long does the process take?
Initial concept designs are typically ready within weeks. The process thereafter depends heavily on the complexity and scale of the project, and which council governs your property.
Do I need a builder first?
No. Many builders won’t even look at a project without any plans in place. We recommend approaching multiple builders after the concept designs are done, to obtain some ballpark costings.
Do you handle all council approval paperwork?
Yes. We prepare and submit everything on your behalf, including working with private certifiers, engineers, etc.
What areas do you service?
We work predominantly across the Fleurieu Peninsula, Southern Adelaide, and the Adelaide Hills, specialising in rural and coastal off grid lifestyle properties. But we have projects all across Adelaide & South Australia.
